Anserve was awarded the 2024 ATSI Award of Excellence at ATSI’s Annual Conference in Detroit, MI. Anserve received the Diamond Award in recognition of ten consecutive wins. This recognition caps a great year for Anserve; ATSI also named Anserve a Top Ten company in the call center industry.

The Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) has presented the Award of Excellence for 28 years, based on evaluations by independent judges over a six-month period. Judges assess key metrics such as response time, agent courteousness, call accuracy, account knowledge, and overall call impression. This rigorous assessment ensures that only the highest-quality services are recognized.

ATSI President Brianna Burke notes that the ATSI evaluation program allows companies to assess their customer service quality, recognize strengths, and identify improvement areas. Burke adds that companies earning this award are focused on excellence in customer call handling and take pride in winning each year.
