As we bid farewell to 2024, Anserve reflects on a year filled with growth, innovation, and accolades that reinforce our position as a leader in the answering service industry. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, we’ve celebrated numerous achievements that showcase the hard work of our dedicated team and our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This year, more than ever, we’ve celebrated meaningful milestones together, both inside and outside the office.
January: Community Engagement and Industry Presence
We kicked off the year by attending the AHR Expo in Chicago to emphasize our presence in the HVACR industry. Team members Peter and Linsey of our Business Development team represented us, connecting with industry professionals and showcasing our commitment to this sector. Back home, we filled three cars with food donations for the Butler Pantry, reinforcing our mission to be a positive force in the local community.
February: Heart Health Awareness
In February, Anserve employees participated in “Wear Red for Women” to support the American Heart Association’s mission to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and seeing our team come together for such an important initiative was inspiring.
April: Industry Leadership and Awareness
As a sponsor of the American Heart Association, we hosted an Executive Breakfast bringing together over 50 attendees to discuss the organization’s impactful work. Several team members also attended the SNUG Conference in Texas, where we not only exchanged industry insights but also witnessed the Solar Eclipse event.
May: Strengthening Our Team
We welcomed two pivotal new hires this spring—a Director of Operations and a Human Resources Manager—both of whom have already made a tremendous impact. Their leadership is helping guide Anserve to even greater heights.
June: Recognitions and Educational Support
June was a month of pride and generosity. We awarded scholarships to two graduating seniors from Butler High School, supporting the next generation of leaders. On the professional front, we celebrated our 10th consecutive ATSI Award of Excellence, a testament to the hard work of our Operations team.
September: Expanding Industry Expertise
In the fall, our Business Development team attended “The Experience,” a restoration trade show, to better serve clients in this growing industry. This hands-on event was a chance to learn, connect, and strengthen our expertise.
October: Collaboration, Celebration, and Awards
October was packed with moments to remember. We joined the Northern NJ Heart Walk, exceeding our fundraising goals thanks to the dedication of our employees. At the ASTAA conference in Atlantic City, we forged new connections and expanded our knowledge base. Back at the office, we celebrated with our annual BBQ, which brought together employees, vendors, and clients. The month also brought significant recognition: Rob Ward and Anserve were honored with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s “Leaders in Business Award,” and we celebrated our 10th CAMX Award of Excellence from a Canadian industry association. To cap it all off, we enjoyed some festive fun with a Halloween party and pumpkin carving contest.
November: New Beginnings and Gratitude
In November, we completed our move to consolidate all employees on one floor of our 1250 building, enhancing collaboration and efficiency. We celebrated Thanksgiving with a potluck event, sharing gratitude for another successful year.
December: Festive Spirit
We ended the year on a high note with an Ugly Sweater Party at the 1250 offices, a festive tradition that brings smiles and camaraderie to our team.
