Anserve Inc. has been awarded the ATSI 2020 Award of Excellence by the Association of TeleServices International. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International, a national trade organization representing live answering services. The Award of Excellence recognizes great customer service at telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK. The award was presented to Anserve at ATSI’s 2020 Virtual Awards Presentation in August.
The Award of Excellence started in 1996 as a means to set expectations for the call center industry, by quantifying successful call handling experiences. To evaluate candidates for the award, independent judges are contracted by ATSI to monitor messaging services for a six-month period. The criteria for the award include response time, courteousness, accuracy, knowledge of the client, the overall impression of the call.
“The ATSI Award of Excellence is a great way for our members and their employees to evaluate how they are providing service to their customers,” says ATSI President Joseph Pores. “We have members that have been involved in the program for decades and are very proud each year when they win the award.”
